Are your coins authentic?
Yes. Vintage Coins specializes in authentic collectible and numismatic coins. Certified coins are sold in their original PCGS, NGC, or other recognized third-party grading holders when applicable.
How do I know what condition or grade a coin is in?
Certified coins will display the grade assigned by the third-party grading service, such as PCGS or NGC. For non-certified coins, the condition and relevant details will be included in the product description.
Are the coins pictured the exact coins I will receive?
For individually listed collectible coins, the photographs may show the actual coin being offered. When multiple examples of the same product are available, images may be representative. Please review the individual product listing for specific details.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your package through delivery.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes. Every order is securely packaged to protect your purchase during transit. Orders of $349 or more receive FREE insured shipping. Signature confirmation may be required on higher-value orders for added security.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order. You can also use our Track Your Order page by entering your Order ID and billing email address.
What is your return policy?
Eligible collectible and numismatic coins may be returned by contacting Vintage Coins within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization. Bullion and other market-priced precious-metal products are final sale due to market fluctuations.
